a really great sounding recording of an acoustic duo show from the last set of shows before amy and emily begin work on their new record. there are some really beautiful harmonies throughout, in particular on "moment of forgiveness", and some great guitar work on "three county highway".

2008-02-14: bloomington center for performing arts - bloomington, illinois
a nice recording of a make up for a show that had been canceled due to illness two weeks prior. standouts include "devotion" and "run".

2008-06-18: rialto theater - tucson, arizona
a terrific recording of a great show with both "fleet of hope" and "sugar tongue", as well as brandi carlile sitting in on a number of songs.

2008-07-17: wolf trap - vienna, virginia
a really nice recording of a great show, indigo girls join brandi carlile for "cannonball", then brandi sits in for eleven songs during ig's set including "hope alone" and "stand and deliver". the last song of the encores is "least complicated".

2008-07-19: paramount center for the arts - peekskill, new york
a little distant sounding but otherwise terrific recording of another great show, the setlist is off the charts - "three county highway", "sugar tongue", "fleet of hope", "collecting you", and many other standouts. lucy wainwright roche performs "snare drum".

a nice sounding recording of a terrific show, amy plays with arizona on some of the songs and with brandi carlile on almost all of them, and brandi does some solo songs too.

the levels on this recording are pretty low, but it captures a neat show with missy higgins sitting in on "closer to fine" and "galileo".
