sorry this took so long to get back to this - here's my transcription of

ok, i think this is finally ready to go. the tapes are on the way to the
branches and they should have them soon. i know there were a few people out
there wanting this boot so let me give some more of the specifics.

there will be 6 branches for the tree and one overflow branch.  this should
be manageable for everyone as long as not everyone was born in one month.
:)  you may set up a trade with the branch or arrange to mail a blank tape
and a sase to the branch.  if any branch is asking for 2 for 1 trades please
let me know.
