hey gang.  we've been working on getting a tree together for this, and due
to several complicating factors having *nothing* to do with the branches who
offered to help (don't want ya'll to think you're getting dissed or
anything), i'm just going to pull a 'neil' and offer it myself, without
help.  mostly, i'm concerned about everybody getting the artwork - and i've
got these really great cd labels that really *need* to go with the discs,
and i've got the press-on machine and all that, and yadda yadda yadda, i'm
absolving my branches of their responsibilities.  i've been keeping up fine
with the shades stuff, so, i'm sure i'll manage with the 9:30 thing too.

return postage) and include $2 ($1 per disc) for the art.  trust me, it's
worth it, and i'm going through color cartridges like candy because i'm
printing 1440 dpi.  friends have said i should sell these... but ya'll
*know* i'd never do that, and i don't want you to either.  so, here's my
release form, you'll need to print it out and send it to me, signed and
dated:

i hereby promise not to copy, duplicate, distribute, or sell digital copies
nor will i make any digital bootleg offers of these indigo girls "9:30 club
and more!" bootleg cds. i will refer all inquiries for digital copies to
the person who supplied my discs, in this case, to tara lane at
tara8595@yahoo.com. i solemnly swear i will never attempt to profit from
owning these cds.

i have 2 tickets that i will not be able to use for the tuesday, october
5 show at the tower theater in upper darby, pa.  they are orchestra
section, row rr (that's 18th row) seats 111 and 113.  i'm asking face
value for the tickets, which comes to $72 total.  these are pretty good
seats - although not that good considering we were 5th in line at the
box office.
