hi folks: i have an extra ticket for tomorrow's show in orlando (to get
table i had to buy two or four tickets and of course i only needed three).

if interested, write to me and let's see if we can work something out. i'm
just looking to get back the price of the ticket plus the $ that tm charged
me to use their wonderful service (the one that messed up the order _twice_).

allllllllrighty! i think i have this figured out. if i have sent you my
address either for a trade or blank tape, stop reading this now, (this post
will just confuse you).

ok, everyone else...still there??
these very kind people have offered to help me tape my boot.  as soon as i
get their address, i will forward a copy of it to them.  next to their
names you will notice a month or two.  find the address with your birthday
month and contact that person for a copy of the amherst show.  it is up to
my helpers if they want to arrange a trade or just get blanks.

please let me know if there are any questions. if you don't know where you
stand, email me and we'll figure it out.

eau claire - the indigo girls will appear in
concert friday, dec. 3, at the
university of wisconsin-eau claire.
the show will begin at 7:30 p.m. in w.l. zorn
arena. an opening act will be
announced at a later date.
concert tickets go on sale to the public at 8:30
a.m. monday, nov. 1. a special
advance sale for uw-eau claire students only will take
place thursday-sunday, oct. 28-31.
early tickets will be sold only at the university
service center windows and purchasers must
present a valid uw-eau claire student id. no more than
12 tickets will be sold to each
uw-eau claire student.
released sept. 28, the indigo girls' "come on now
social" is the seventh epic studio
album by amy ray and emily saliers. their previous
recording, "shaming of the sun,"
entered the billboard top albums chart and hit number
seven in its debut week in may 1997.
the recording was certified gold within a month of its
release.
"indigo girls," released in 1989, was the duo's
national debut. featuring a guest vocal
by r.e.m.'s michael stipe ("kid fears"), the recording
gave them initial college radio
credibility, and the single "closer to fine" was a
hit. the album eventually broke the top 30
and earned the indigo girls a grammy award for best
folk recording. by the end of 1991,
the album received platinum status.
"nomads indians saints" (1990) and a live ep
titled "back on the bus, y'all" (1991)
were nominated for grammy awards and reached gold
status. "rites of passage" (1992)
went platinum and featured the indigo girls' strongest
songs to date. almost two years later,
"swamp ophelia" was released, entered the charts at
number nine and went gold by the end
of the year. a double live album, "1200 curfews," was
released in 1995.
reserved seating tickets are $26, plus a $1
service fee, at the university service
center in davies center. standard hours are 8:30 a.m.
to 9 p.m. monday through friday, 11
a.m. to 9 p.m. saturday and 4 to 9 p.m. sunday.
tickets may be charged to mastercard or visa when
ordered by phone. call (715)

call toll-free (800) 949-uwec. a $3
handling fee will be added to all telephone charge
orders.
the concert is sponsored by event resources
presents, inc., and the university
activities commission of the uw-eau claire student
