information here, but i'm not sure what's correct... i guess
this is more of a heads-up for those of you in the area...]

actually, tickets go onsale to students on the first of the month,
and according to the f&m webpage, they're free. *gulp* the woman running
the concert told me today by email that they were still negotiating the
onsale to the public date with ticketmaster, but that it would be either
the 14th or the 16th.
course, she alkso told me ticket prices weren't set yet, so this
may already be old news.

hey...

well, time to get on the old boot cd offer bandwagon (just in case some of
you have some cdrs you don't know what to do with). i was just looking back
over some old emails and realized i'd promised to make make early recordings
volume 4 available again (last time i was totally swamped with making cds)
so here's what i wrote last time, and it still applys...

who wants a cd copy of early recordings 4 - blue food mysterys?? and at
minimal personal cost... this is a personal labour of love, painstakingly
remastered and sounding damn fine (although not quite as good as this failed
perfectionist'd have liked...)

yes, as a special offer to you, fellow igs list members, if you send me a
blank cdr, together with an ssae i will, for a limited time, burn you a
copy. and it's absolutely, positively guaranteed to increase exponentially
in value.* or course, if ya'd like to trade cds with me or somthing that'd
be cool too!

i'm sure i could plain sell this, auction it on ebay, or give it away with
every happy meal purchase, but i won't. all i ask is that you don't either
and track down and bludgeon violently anyone you find doing so.

yer basic track listing:

blue food

if you live like that
crazy game
holy city
the weakness in me
never stop
peace song
draw the line
nashville
malachy's
everybody's waiting
untitled
running from the cold
no way to treat a friend
i don't know your name
american tune

mysterys play rehersal

holy city
strange fire i
strange fire ii
- -unknown-

all ya gotta do is email me for my address. and if i get swamped i'll call a
halt for the time being...

artwork is available here:
www.go.to/neilytones

where there's also a page o'details on a new tracy chapman boot i'm putting
together... if you i'm think missing anything significant, or have material
to add, let me know. i've not had much joy - there's a lack of a decent
tracy chapman website, and i haven't found an email list...

there's also some basic details there (titles and artwork) on forthcoming ig
boots to get y'all drooling...

and. if you missed the last great boot offer, and would like a copy of (and
again, details/artwork at www.go.to/neilytones):
attack of the killer b-sides volume four (and maybe even 1-3)
wrek night
atlanta night
los angeles night
email me for the details.

that's all folks
