hkf's,

here's the deal.  for the june 3rd show, which is on a saturday, tickets
went on sale yesterday at 10:00am.  but, when i just called to order tix's
you have to buy at least two shows.  (i know it sux and i have major gripes
w/ chastain, but we can discuss this later)  here's the website:

also, i just got off the phone w/ the sales rep and she said your best bet
at this point is to mail your order in b/c there's a certain allotment of
tix's already set aside for mail-in orders and they rarely get used. so
that's what i'm doing.

now, out of state people coming in don't want to buy tix's for a show they
can't attend - so i could possibly help out. i asked if i could add to my
order and they said yes. so as soon as my mail-in thingy goes thru, i'm
going to see if i can purchase additional tix's since i already purchased
the 2 show minimum.

lastly, there's no way to get real close at chastain b/c the first 30 rows
or so are already allocated to series tix holders. the phone person said
that's the reason why artists come to chastain b/c almost half the tix's are
already sold. she said they already have all the seats up to row p.

and lastly (on a good note), chastain is a really small venue and any seat
is good in this place. i've see tori, jewel, bruce hornsby, natalie
merchant and some others in all various seat locations and the sights &
sounds have always been wonderful. like i said before, it's my fave outdoor
venue in atl!!!

ps: they haven't heard of the june 2nd show, so that is actually a tentative
date at this point (yes, the official site has made mistakes before) - but i
am assuming that this show will happen. (imho)

hey ladies and gents....was wondering.. a friend of mine cant go and i have
one extra ticket to the indigo girls show, april 27th, in asheville, north
carolina... i bought it for 25 (5 bucks cheaper than if you ordered it thru
ticketmaster) so that's what ill sell it for... please let me know if you are
interested.. :)
