the new ticketing site at www.indigogirls.musictoday.com,
hopefully this'll help out...]

the indigotickets site, at this point in time anyway, is not intended to be
a replacement for all other ticketing outlets (i.e. ticketmaster or the
venue box office), it is simply an alternative means for ig fans to buy
tickets without a lot of the extra charges you would pay if you purchased
the tickets elsewhere.  basically, indigotickets reserves a block of tickets
and offers them to fans for face value and a $5 handling fee.  for some
shows, like the chastain shows, fans are actually getting a good deal by
purchasing tickets from this site, because they are being offered at a
discounted group rate price and are guaranteed to be in the first 10 rows of
the terrace sections -- individual tickets don't even go on sale for these
shows until mid-may and your seating isn't assigned until all season ticket
holders, etc., are given their tickets, so there is no telling where they
might be.  and for other shows, like the radio city shows, you will have a
chance of getting better seats if you purchase them via ticketmaster since
the selection of tickets held by indigotickets is somewhat limited (or was,
i believe they may have sold out).  regardless, i am just happy to see that
ig management is giving fans a slightly cheaper alternative to ticketmaster.
