or the lack there of. here's what happened.

it's about 830 pm and show time was 8:00 michelle malone hadn't come on yet.
and something didnt feel right.  now as we all know amy or emily usually
comes out and announces the opener.  well this guy came out and started with
"i'm not the indigo girls" he got some laughs, and trust me they were the
last one's he was going to get.  he proceded to tell us that the indigo girls
were not going to be performing that night because they couldn't get there.
they aparently tried to fly out and due to the ice had to land two times
neither of which were close enough to wilmington to get there in time.  they
eventually landed at jfk.  when it was reported to us that they would not be
playing they were on the jersey turn pike.  sooo let me just tell you that i
think most of the people there realized that the girls clearly couldnt' help
it and were disappointed but were going to live.  there were several however
who were very rude yelling at the guy on stage having to make the
announcement.
       so it became a michelle malone show.

i won't be going because mn is too damn cold for me, but i just saw that they
are playing a mn date. it is on ticketbastard. i think tickets are already
on sale.
