hey-
i don't post much, but i thought that this list might be a valuable source
of information for me. i'm doing some research on sexual identity within
relationships both straight and gay. among the things i am looking at are
role playing within relationships, fluidity of roles, information about
female tops in heterosexual relationships, porn viewing habits of lesbians
and straight women, and the way in which butch/femme roles relate to top/
bottom roles.
if you feel like sharing any of this information with me, please either
e-mail your random thoughts or write requesting a survey, or both.
i will keep responses confidential, unless you indicate that confidentiality
is not a concern.
thanks in advance,
jill

subject: tonight's denver fillmore show
mime-version: 1.0

i'm not much for giving reviews, but tonight's show was fantastic! michelle malone rocked as the opener, and she also joined the girls on about 4 songs. amy and emily weren't very chatty, but they played a good setlist:
hammer & nail
shame on you (with michelle malone)
get out the map
become you
power of two
perfect world (new amy song)
free in you (new emily song)
ozilline (with michelle)
woodsong
go
deconstruction
dairy queen
fill it up again
yield
closer to fine (with michelle)
starkville
virginia woolf
chickenman/bitterroot (with michelle)
johnny rotten
galileo
it was a great crowd for the most part (with the exception of a couple of really drunk girls at the front). lots of audience singing and dancing.
after the show, emily came out in the cold and signed autographs, but amy went straight onto the bus without as much as a wave. but i got a setlist, and at least emily signed it! i asked her to play watershed monday night in co springs (since they haven't played it in denver as long as i can remember) and she said she would try to remember. yeah! michelle malone signed her cd for me. overall, a wonderful night! can't wait until monday.

hey y'all,
first off, i know some people emailed me about the sf/sc shows last month.
sorry i didn't get back to you. i was in vietnam and thailand. just got back
today. it looks like all of your questions were answered in one form or
another. glad to see that the confusion was cleared up!
secondly, i still have one extra seattle ticket for sale for friday's show.
it is in row j on emily's side. $50 will cover the cost of the ticket and
priority mail fees. please let me know asap if you want it.
thanks,
karen :-)

it's also full of misinformation, presumption of guilt without a trial (have
malvo and muhammed actually been convicted?) and is a blatant scam for
money.

vh1: so lots of musicians should tour with the indigo girls because they
know how to break the ice?
sm: they're the greatest. they came in early on and started knocking on
everybody's doors saying, "come on, let's play together." that's exactly the
kind of vibe i wanted. but i was a little shy. i thought, "what if somebody
shuts the door in my face?" they're like, "ah, come on, it'll be great!"
