since ig chat has been so low, i will continue to talk about their old
friend, kristen hall.  can someone please explain why she has decided
to leave her country band, sugarland?  finally she makes it big and
then quits suddenly.  i am baffled and upset.  their website says she
has decided to "stay home and write songs and we support her in  that
decision".  they make it sound like she is a career mom who decided to
stay at home with the kids.  something more has to be there.  an out
lesbian in a country band?  sounds scandalous and i hope that's not why
she left.  anyone...anyone....beuller?  i need inside scoop.

no.

sadness indeed. whatever the reason, i will miss her vocals... and
the absolute pleasure i derived from seeing a big dyke rocking out on
mainstream tv, or in the movie theaters (during previews) at music
awards. alas... i hope she keeps making music.

any other info?

if you want to know what probably happen, go to
www.maryfferrara.com/forum and read "message from mary".  this is the
only kristen hall message board, and was the first ever sugarland board.

my belief is that kristen was "bought out" and may be under a gag order
as part of the deal.  read further...
