hello again,
last but not least, the fifth and final show that will be offered this week
to catch things up. this is a pretty good sounding recording of a great
show from the "swamp ophelia" tour, pieced together in its entirety by
combining tracks from two commercial boots of that era, "nothing to hide"
(http://www.lifeblood3.net/bootlegs/nothingtohide.html) and "days of wine
and roses"
(http://www.lifeblood3.net/bootlegs/daysofwineandroses.html). in addition
to a number of guest appearances, there is also a short stream of conscious
segment during "touch me fall". shortly after this leg of the tour "touch
me fall" started extending out past the 10 minute mark, and on occasion
more than twice that number. if you have a particular interest in stream
of conscious lyrics there is a fan assembled boot called "rants and raves"
(http://www.lifeblood3.net/bootlegs/rantsandraves.html) that has nothing
but, the sounds quality of which varies greatly from track to track.

hello again,
the fourth of five shows that will be offered this week to catch things up.
this is a pretty good sounding radio show made between the release of
"honor 1" and the recording of "shaming of the sun". all the tracks were
done live in the studio, "blood quantum" and "don't give that girl a gun"
are not to be missed. another great set of performances and good interview
segments.

hello there,
i hope this finds everyone doing well : )
i have fallen a bit behind on these, but will post a number of shows over
the next day or two to get current again.
this time around is the last in the string of early, essential recordings.
this offering is an pretty good sounding copy of the 1981 performance by
amy and emily for their ap english class back at shamrock high
school. this is quite possibly the first show amy and emily ever did for
an audience, please see this 2000 interview with emily for more on
this: http://www.lifeblood.net/articles/2000/200006a.html
this is recording is believed to be a true bootleg, and not an early
cassette release.

hello there,
the second of five shows that will be offered this week to catch things up.
this is an excellent sounding radio show from right before amy and emily
went into the studio to record "rites of passage". all the tracks were
done live in the studio and there are differences in the arrangements over
what would eventually be released, especially with "ghost". terrific
performances and good interview segments, reported only 200 original cds
were created and sent out to radio stations, this is taken directly from
one of those discs.
