released independently in 1987. re-released in 1989 by epic records.

lp released in black, clear, blue, and red vinyl. a few speckled colored copies exist, they were inadvertently created when colors were mixed to save dye. there is no way to discern which color is inside without opening the lp. this release is long out of print, but all but three of the tracks appear on the epic records version of 'strange fire', which is still in print. the three out of print tracks are available as free downloads in the bootlegs section.
